Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Stick. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The license

Your use of Stick is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA for apps distributed through the Mac App Store). By installing or using Stick you agree to those terms.

Your content

Your notes are yours. The developer of Stick claims no rights over the content you create or store in the app. Stick does not access, transmit, or analyze the contents of your notes.

Updates

Stick may receive updates that change, add, or remove features. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated version. The developer is not obligated to release any specific update on any specific schedule.

Purchases and refunds

Stick is sold through the Mac App Store. Pricing is listed on the App Store at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's own refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please request it directly through Apple.

No warranty

Stick is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use Stick. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Back up your data

Stick includes scheduled backups and supports iCloud sync, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. The developer is not liable for any loss of notes, including loss caused by sync conflicts, iCloud outages, or local file corruption.

Termination

These terms end automatically if you breach them. On termination you must stop using the app and delete all copies in your possession.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
